Production times for custom items will vary depending on the complexity of the design. Typical turnaround times are:

• Custom pour paintings: 2-4 weeks.
• Custom bracelets: 1-2 weeks.
  

You will be notified of the estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.

4. Revisions:

For custom pour paintings, a brief consultation will be held to discuss what colors the customer prefers. One review will be provided for the customer's approval.

For custom bracelets, adjustments such as resizing or minor design tweaks will be accommodated within reason.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

Once your item is completed, it will be securely packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
